2. Processing & Dispatch

All orders are processed after successful payment confirmation. Once verified, our in-house team carefully inspects, packs, and prepares the gemstone for dispatch.

Dispatch timelines may vary depending on product availability, customization requirements, and order volume.

3. Packaging & Security

Every order is packed exclusively by our trained in-house team using secure and tamper-evident packaging to ensure the gemstone reaches you safely and in its original condition.

4. Shipment Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking ID will be shared via SMS and/or email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and movement of your shipment.

5. International Shipping

International orders cannot currently be placed directly through our website.

Customers located outside India may contact our support team directly for assistance regarding international shipping availability, charges, and delivery timelines.

6. Delivery Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, courier disruptions, government regulations, or remote delivery locations.

Sureshbhai Gems shall not be held liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.

7. Damaged or Tampered Packages

If the outer courier packaging appears damaged, torn, tampered with, or heavily resealed, please do not accept the shipment.

If you choose to accept the package, you must record a continuous and unedited unboxing video beginning from the shipping label and continuing until the gemstone is completely revealed.

This video is mandatory for investigating transit-related claims and discrepancies.

8. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We shall not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.
