3. No Buyback Policy

4. Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or altered once payment has been successfully processed.

Our fulfillment team begins the verification, packaging, and dispatch preparation process immediately after payment confirmation. Therefore, all purchases are considered final.

5. Customized Jewelry Orders

Custom jewelry orders, including rings, pendants, and other personalized settings, are non-cancellable, non-returnable, and non-refundable once the design, size, and specifications have been approved by the customer and production has commenced.

6. Damaged Shipment Claims

In the rare event that a package arrives damaged or appears tampered with, customers must immediately notify us and provide a continuous, unedited unboxing video recorded from the sealed package stage through complete product reveal.

Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video may not be eligible for review.

7. Failed Payment Transactions

If a payment is deducted from your account but the order is not successfully created, the amount is typically reversed automatically by your bank or payment provider within 3–5 business days.
