We offer secure delivery across Pan India. We cover almost all pin codes to ensure your gemstone reaches you safely, no matter where you are located.
Do you ship internationally?
International orders cannot be placed directly through the website at this time. If you are located outside India, please contact us directly, and our team will personally assist you with international shipping rates and logistics.
How are the orders packed?
Security is our top priority. To ensure absolute safety and prevent any tampering, every single order is packed exclusively by our expert in-house team using secure, tamper-evident packaging before dispatch.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS and email. You can use this ID to monitor your package’s journey until it reaches your doorstep.
What should I do if the package looks damaged or tampered with upon delivery?
Please do not accept the delivery if the outer courier packaging is torn, heavily taped over, or visibly damaged. If you accept the package, you must record a continuous, unedited unboxing video starting from the clear display of the shipping label until the gemstone is completely revealed. This video is mandatory for us to assist you with any transit-related issues.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
No, we do not offer COD. Due to the high value and sensitive nature of natural gemstones, all orders must be fully paid online through our secure payment terminals before they are processed and shipped.

Absolutely. By using industry leaders like Razorpay and Shiprocket, your transaction details are fully encrypted and 100% secure. We do not store any of your card or banking information on our website.
What should I do if my payment fails but the money got deducted?
Don’t worry! This occasionally happens due to temporary network issues between banks. Usually, the money is automatically refunded to your account by your bank within 3–5 business days. You can also contact our support team with a screenshot of the transaction debited, and we will verify it with our payment gateway instantly.

We follow a strict No Return policy. To maintain the energetic purity and “unused” status of our gemstones for astrological purposes, once a stone is sold, it cannot be returned.
Can I exchange my gemstone for a different one?
We do not offer any exchanges. We provide high-resolution photos and detailed descriptions for every stone to help you make an informed decision before you buy.
Do you offer a buyback or resale option?
No, we do not have a buyback policy. All sales are final.
Can I cancel my order before it is shipped?
Orders cannot be canceled or modified once the payment is successfully processed. Because our team moves quickly to securely pack and log your gemstone for transit, all sales are considered final immediately upon purchase.

Can I get the gemstone set into a ring or pendant?
Yes! However, we do not take custom jewelry orders directly through our website. If you want your gemstone mounted into a gold, silver, or panchdhatu ring or pendant, please contact us directly via WhatsApp or call. We will personally help you design your piece according to your astrological requirements.
How do I provide my correct ring size?
Since we handle custom jewelry orders directly with you over WhatsApp or a call, our team will guide you on how to measure your finger correctly. Because we have a No Return or Exchange policy, we highly recommend visiting a local jeweler to get your exact finger size measured before we begin making your jewelry.
Can I cancel or change a custom jewelry order?
Once you confirm the design and size with us directly and our artisans begin crafting the piece, the order cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded.

Yes, we deal only in 100% natural gemstones. We take great care to ensure that what you see is what you get—for example, we guarantee that a Ruby will never be misrepresented as Coral in our catalog.
Do you provide authenticity certificates?

Are the gemstones treated or heated?
